Is Liberty Coffee a cafe?

We are an AVA-certified wholesaler supplying artisan-roasted specialty coffee to cafes, restaurants, chains and hotels in Singapore and the region. Our office space is located at 37 Mactaggart Road, #06-01, Singapore 368083. It includes a Training Centre where coffee-related classes are held, and a Coffee Bar/Cupping Room where clients can meet us by appointment only for tastings.

Would I be able to buy espresso equipment from Liberty Coffee?

Where is Liberty Coffee from?

We are Proudly Roasted in Singapore. We believe Singapore represents a culture of excellence in many areas, and we strive for our coffee to be excellent in every way. Other companies bearing the Liberty Coffee name have sprung up after we began trading in 2010, in other countries such as the US and Russia , but for now, we operate only out of Singapore.

How should I store my coffee?

We recommend keeping the beans away from heat and light, in an airtight container. Keep the coffee beans at room temperature, and we recommend keeping beans whole rather than pre-grinding.

Do you sell Decaf coffee?

Caffeine addicts-R-US. Seriously though, we do not offer decaf online as we’re uncomfortable with the current chemical process via which caffeine is extracted from green beans to achieve decaffeination.

What payment methods are accepted?

All purchases are made online via Paypal or Stripe, both accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express. For wholesale enquiries, kindly contact us for more details.

May I opt for self-collection instead of delivery?

While we’d relish meeting our clients face-to-face, we’d also like items sent with minimal logistical complications. As such, purchases are sent out.

SHIPPING

How soon after I place my order would it be sent?

Orders must be placed by Sunday 5pm, for coffees to be roasted and shipped out by Wednesday of the following week. Other items will be shipped two- to three- working days after orders have been placed. In cases where an order comprises both coffee and other items, coffee Order By and Shipping dates will be observed, i.e. Orders placed by Sunday 5pm will be roasted and shipped with the non-coffee items by Wednesday of the same week.

Currently, all orders are delivered through Singapore Post and are subject to the terms of their service. We are unable to guarantee against delays in delivery due to postal service issues.

Am I allowed to choose my delivery method?

For the time being, we are offering FREE SHIPPING for domestic orders. Unless otherwise specified under our Product Description section, Liberty Coffee will determine the means by which purchased items are delivered to clients.

What happens if my order is not received?

Currently, all orders are delivered through Singapore Post (SingPost) and are subject to the terms of their service. We are unable to guarantee against delays in delivery due to postal service issues.

According to SingPost, “a delivery advice will be slipped underneath the door of the addressee's address in cases of unsuccessful delivery...You can collect the item from the designated post office, or redirect it to another post office of your convenience or reschedule for another delivery”. Please check for such a delivery advice should your parcel not arrive. We currently offer free domestic shipping of coffee via SingPost’s PolyM mailer service, which is not tracked nor traceable.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, website purchases are available for Singapore shipping addresses. However, international buyers can place their Liberty Coffee orders via email at buy@libertycoffee.sg.

RETURNS AND REFUND

What is our policy?

All items should be returned within 14 days of delivery. As a perishable item, coffee cannot be returned once purchased. We reserve the right to either repair or replace defective items. In cases where this is not possible, you will be refunded the original purchase price of the item minus a restocking fee. Kindly refer to our terms of use for more details.

Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

Customers will be held responsible for cost of shipping goods back to Liberty Coffee Pte Ltd and for picking up replacement/repaired items (if applicable). We recommend insuring your shipment to protect against loss or damage. Kindly refer to our terms of use for more details.

How to initiate a return?

Tell us what happened, and we’d be happy to see how we can help. Drop us an email with your invoice number, date of purchase, item description, proof of damage at time of delivery and reason for return to request a return authorization code. Requests for refund must be send to buy@libertycoffee.sg within 14 days of receipt of product.
